Shakti Details

Laser-Cut wooden mandala with gold on red finish(acrylic colors). Designed with motifs that evoke energy and traditional Indian aesthetics. The Significance of Red (Shakti): in the West, red is often associated with danger or romantic passion, but in the East and India, its semantic spectrum is much broader and sacred. The word Shakti itself means “power” or “primordial cosmic energy.” It represents the active force, dynamism, and the capacity to create and destroy for regeneration. Auspiciousness and Marriage: Red is the most auspicious color. Indian brides traditionally wear red, not white, saris. It symbolizes fertility, prosperity, and the transition into domestic life. Purity and Spirituality: Red powder (kumkum or sindoor) is used to mark the spot on the forehead (bindi), representing the third eye and spiritual devotion. Product Specifications: measuring 40×40 cm, it is composed of two elements: the background is made of wood fiber, painted deep red (with a hook already installed on the back of the artwork).
The carved mandala is made of birch wood, finished with a luminous gold coating.
The design is original and digitally created by the artist, then engraved with precision laser cutting to achieve perfect and symmetrical details. The result is an elegant and harmonious piece, ideal for modern settings, meditative spaces, or as a special gift.
